About the nails

Made to Order sets are created just for you! Once you place your order, your nails are made in your chosen size and design. Because each set is handmade to order, these sets have a 10–12 business day processing time before they’re ready to ship.

Ready to Wear sets are one-of-a-kind originals that are already made and ready to go! These may be sets I originally created as a sample, a design I decided not to recreate, or simply a little one-off that deserved to have its moment. Because these sets already exist, they’re available in the exact size they were originally made in and cannot be resized or recreated in another size.

In short: Made to Order = made especially for you. Ready to Wear = a unique original, ready to ship.

Yes, we do! We love bringing your ideas to life and creating something that feels uniquely yours.

For custom designs, we prefer that you stop by the store in person so we can chat about your ideas, colours, details, and sizing. Custom orders are not available to purchase online at this time.

Yes! With proper care, your press-on nails can be worn and reused. They’re also waterproof, so everyday hand washing, showers, and normal exposure to water are no problem. To get the most life out of your sets, avoid using your nails as tools and try not to bang or pick at them. The gentler you are with them, the more likely they are to stay in great shape for another wear.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer! How long your press-ons last depends largely on your lifestyle and how you use your hands day to day. Some people can wear their set for up to 4 weeks, while others may find they need to replace or remove them sooner.

Things like frequent hand washing, cleaning, gardening, working with your hands, or simply being a little harder on your nails can all affect wear time. Everyone is different, so think of 4 weeks as a possibility, not a guarantee. The better you treat your nails, the longer they’re likely to last. ✨

They’re completely handmade, from start to finish, right here by me. Every design is dreamed up, created, painted, and finished by hand. These aren't mass-produced or factory-made sets.

I’m extremely proud of the time and care that goes into every set, and that’s also why they take a little time to make. I’d rather take the extra time to make something special than rush it out the door.

Good things take time, and nice things are worth waiting for.

Each set comes with easy-to-follow application instructions to walk you through the process! In general, you'll want to start with clean, dry nails, gently push back your cuticles, lightly buff the natural nail, and apply your adhesive according to the instructions included with your set. Press the nail firmly into place and hold for the recommended amount of time.

A little prep goes a long way!

Please never yank, peel, or force your press-ons off, this can damage your natural nails and may also damage the press-on itself.

For a gentle removal, try the warm water + oil method:

Fill a bowl with warm (not hot) water and add a few drops of cuticle oil or another nourishing oil.
Soak your fingertips for 10–15 minutes to begin loosening the adhesive.
Gently work around the edges of the press-on with your fingertips or a wooden manicure stick.
If it doesn't want to come off, soak longer and add more oil rather than forcing it.
Once the nail releases, gently remove any remaining adhesive from your natural nail using a gentle nail buffer.
Wash and dry your hands, then give your nails a little cuticle oil.

The goal is patience, not force! If a nail isn't ready to come off, keep soaking. Your natural nails will thank you and with gentle removal, your press-ons have a much better chance of being ready for another wear.

Sizing

The most accurate way to find your perfect press-on nail size is with a sizing kit! You can purchase a sizing kit here and use it to find the exact fit for each nail.

If you're local to Regina, you can also stop by the store during business hours and I'll size you in person!

Buying a set as a gift? We recommend purchasing a sizing kit first so you can be sure you have the correct sizes. You can also measure your nails at home using our sizing guide below, but keep in mind that a sizing kit is the most accurate option.

Please choose your sizing carefully! All press-on sets are handmade specifically to the sizes you provide, so nail sets are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect sizing. We strongly recommend using a sizing kit before placing your order if you're unsure.

A few extra minutes spent finding your correct size means a much better fit when your set arrives.

Absolutely! Once you've been measured or have purchased a sizing kit, you can enter your individual nail measurements when you select your design. Your set will then be handmade specifically to the sizes you provide.

If you're purchasing a Ready to Wear set, custom sizing isn't available. These sets are already made and are sold only in the size listed on the product page.

If you're between sizes, always choose the larger size. It’s much easier to gently file a press-on down for a more precise fit than to make a nail that’s too small work.

We recommend using a sizing kit for the most accurate measurements, especially since each made-to-order set is handmade specifically to the sizes you provide.

That's completely normal! If your nails are different sizes on each hand, simply select Custom Sizing when ordering your design and enter the individual sizes for each nail on both hands in the custom size field.

Your set will then be made specifically to your measurements. ✨

Not sure of your sizes? We recommend using a sizing kit before ordering for the most accurate fit.

If you realize you've entered the wrong size, email us as soon as possible! Orders can usually be changed if you catch the mistake within 24 hours of placing your order, before we begin making your set.

Once your order has been made and shipped, we can't change the sizing. If you've received your set and realize that you provided the wrong measurements or selected the wrong size, unfortunately, that is the responsibility of the customer and the set is not eligible for a return, refund, or remake.

Not sure of your size? We strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering.

No worries! Some press-on nails have a natural curve to them, and if your nail beds are flatter, they may look a little more curved when you first receive them. Gently warming the press-on before application can help it relax and become more flexible, allowing it to sit more comfortably against your natural nail.

Try this:

Warm the press-on gently for a short time. You can hold it between your warm fingers or use a warm (not hot) environment to take the chill off the nail.
Once the nail is slightly warm and more flexible, gently press it between your fingers to encourage the curve to relax. Don't bend or force it.
Apply your adhesive while the nail is still slightly warm and flexible.
Press the nail firmly onto your natural nail, paying particular attention to the centre and sides, and hold it in place while the adhesive sets.

✨ A little warmth goes a long way! You don't want to make the nail hot — just warm enough to make it a little more pliable. Never use boiling water, a heat gun, hair dryer on high heat, or any other intense heat source, as excessive heat can damage or distort the press-on.

If your nail is still not sitting comfortably after gently warming it, don't force it down. The goal is a comfortable, secure fit without putting unnecessary pressure on your natural nail.

Absolutely! If you’d prefer to measure your nails at home, you can use our How to Measure guide and Sizing Chart to determine your sizes.

This option is for customers who are comfortable taking their own measurements and understand that there is a little more room for error when measuring at home. Our sizing kit is still the most accurate way to determine your sizes, but if you’d rather skip the kit, our guides are there to help you do it yourself.

Please measure carefully and double-check your numbers before ordering. Because your made-to-order set is created specifically to the measurements you provide, we are unable to offer refunds or remakes for incorrect measurements.

If you're between sizes, always size up.

Shipping & Processing Timeframes

Because each set is handmade to order, please allow 10–12 business days for processing before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Your shipping time is in addition to the processing time.

Need your nails a little sooner? If you're in a rush, we offer a Rush Order option for an additional $20, which can be found as a separate listing in the shop. This moves your order ahead in the production queue so we can get your nails made and on their way to you sooner.

✨ Please remember: choosing expedited shipping does not replace processing time unless you also purchase the Rush Order option.

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. We offer different shipping timelines at a flat rate, so you can choose the option that best fits your needs at checkout.

Please keep in mind that shipping time begins after your 10–12 business day processing time. Processing and shipping are separate, so be sure to allow for both when placing your order. 📦✨

Not at this time! We currently ship within Canada, but international shipping is something we're working on and hope to offer in the future. 🌎✨

Return Policy

All Sales Are Final ♡

Because of the personal, intimate, and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. This includes our handmade press-on nails, nail polish, cuticle oils, and other nail-related products.

Our press-on nails are handmade specifically for you, often using the size and specifications you provide at checkout. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or simply deciding that a set isn't right for you.

Please Double-Check Your Sizing

For Made to Order press-on nails, your set is created using the measurements and sizing information you provide when ordering. Please take extra care when measuring your nails before placing your order.

We strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit if you're unsure of your size. You can also use our How to Measureguide and sizing chart, but please keep in mind that measuring at home carries a greater risk of error.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up, as a nail can be filed down slightly if needed.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or remakes due to incorrect measurements or sizing.

Changes to Your Order

Need to make a change? Please email us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes to an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided we haven't started making your set.

Once your order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when creating and packaging your order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within [X days] of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll review the situation and, if the issue is determined to be an error on our end, we'll work with you to make it right.

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
